Chipper Chocolate Chipper Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. brown sugar1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. Frangelico liqueur
1/4 c. Tia Maria liqueur
1 tbsp. salt
3 eggs
6 c. pastry flour
1 1/2 lb. chocolate chips
4 oz. pecans (chopped)
4 oz. walnuts (chopped)
Cooking Directions:
Cream together sugars, butter, baking soda, liqueurs and salt until light and creamy. While creaming, add eggs one at a time until well blended. Add pastry flour, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix until well blended. Place on greased cookie sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.Other Recipes you might like:
