Chocolate Pinwheels Recipes
1. Sticky Peach Pinwheels
1/3 c. peach preserves (or apricot, seedless raspberry), 1 (11 oz.) pkg. (8) refrigerated breadsticks, 1/4 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate pieces (optional)

1 lb. sifted conf. sugar, 1/4 lb. marg., softened to room temperature, 1 tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 pinch salt, 4 oz. of baking chocolate, bitter or semi sweet or a mixture of both, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 x 1 inch square paraffin wax

1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 c. milk, 1 tsp. vinegar, 8 oz. Cool Whip, 2/3 pkg. crushed pinwheel cookies or chocolate grahams, 1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained, 1 can fruit cocktail drained, Strawberries, Grapes, 1 can mandarin oranges drained and chopped, 4 bananas, sliced

1/2 c. shortening, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 2 tbsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 1/4 c. sifted flour, 1/2 tsp. soda
