Coconut Diamonds Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
1 c. walnuts

Cooking Directions:

Cream butter, brown sugar and salt. Stir in flour and pat into 9 x 11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.

Beat eggs slightly, then add vanilla. Gradually add sugar just until blended. Add flour and salt, then coconut and nuts. Pour over first layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
