Healthy Candy Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

8 oz. pitted dates
12 oz. pitted prunes
6 oz. dried apricots
8 oz. dried pears
8 oz. dried peaches
6 oz. dried apples
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 lg. navel orange, cut into chunks, seeds removed but with skin

Cooking Directions:

Mix together. Put mixture (including orange peel) through food grinder, using a medium blade. Mix in: 1 (13 1/2 oz.) pkg. graham cracker crumbs

Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in one of the following: flaked coconut, wheat germ, toasted sesame seeds, granola, or more walnuts or graham cracker crumbs. Dry at room temperature; store in airtight containers in a cool place.
