Solo Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. pitted dates1/2 lb. figs
1/2 lb. raisins
1/2 lb. cashews
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. peanut butter
Cooking Directions:
Grind dates, figs, raisins, cashews, and sesame seeds together in a meat grinder or food processor. Knead the ground mixture with the peanut butter into a ball. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into bars. Wrap well. This makes 16 two ounce bars.Other Recipes you might like:
