Moist Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. sugar1 c. water
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. nuts
Pinch of salt
Cooking Directions:
Boil above ten minutes. Set aside to cool. Add two beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups flour, 1 cups oatmeal with 1 teaspoon soda in the flour. Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.Other Recipes you might like:
