Molded Ambrosia Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (1 lb.) can orange & grapefruit sections1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or apricot gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
2 med. bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flaked coconut
Cooking Directions:
Drain and save syrup from fruits. Add water to drained syrup to make 1 2/3 cups liquid and heat to boil. Remove from heat. Add gelatin and sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add fruits, nuts, coconut and pour into mold. Chill.Other Recipes you might like:
