Taffy Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Super Moist yellow cake mix1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 1/2 c. chopped, pared apples
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
Cooking Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13x9x2 inch pan. Mix cake mix with water, butter, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl frequently, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 2 minutes. Fold in apples. Pour into pan; sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Bake until cake pulls away from sides of pan and wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, 38 to 43 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
