Apple Or Rhubarb Crisps Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. flour3/4 c. uncooked rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted shortening
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. fruit
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Blend above ingredients and place 1/2 mixture in bottom of baking dish. Cut 4 cups or more of fruit over this mixture in baking dish. Cook sugar, flour, water, and vanilla and pour over fruit mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top and bake at 325-350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
