Date Butterscotch Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 c. dates, pitted & chopped
1 c. milk
1 qt. boiling water
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

Cooking Directions:

Mix well and spread in a greased 9 inch pan.

Mix and pour over top mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
