Cuban Flan (caramel Custard) Recipe

Ingredients:

10 eggs
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. sugar

Cooking Directions:

Put all ingredients (except sugar) into blender. Blend at high speed until all is mixed and set aside. Cook sugar over low heat until it is all melted (syrupy brown) stirring constantly. Pour sugar into desired mold (I use a rectangular pound cake mold) and cool. Pour mix from blender into mold. Place mold into another pan filled with about 1 1/2 inches water and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Test with wooden toothpick when it comes out clean it is done.
