Coffee Ice Cream Recipes
1. Bohemian Coffee Cake
1 c. Wesson oil, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. buttermilk, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 2 eggs, 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. vanilla, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 stick butter, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
2. Raspberry Coffee Cake
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. butter, 2 c. packaged biscuit mix, 1/3 c. milk, 1/2 c. raspberry preserves, Confectioners sugar, 1 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, Enough milk to make of spreading consistency (about 1 1/2 tbsp.)
3. Coffee Ice Cream Punch
1 gal. strong coffee, allow to cool, 1/2 gal, coffee ice cream, 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, 1 pt. heavy cream, whipped, Nutmeg or cinnamon
4. Coffee Can Ice Cream
1 c. cream, 1 c. milk, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 lg. coffee can, 1 sm. coffee can, Crushed ice, Rock salt
