Coffee - Mallow Towers Recipe
Ingredients:
24 reg. marshmallows or 3 c. mini-marshmallows1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. Oreo cookie crumbs (just the chocolate)
Cooking Directions:
In saucepan, combine marshmallows, coffee and 1 cup water. Cook on medium heat until marshmallows melt. Chill until partially set. Fold in whipped cream. (If mixture thins, chill about 20 minutes until partially reset.)Beginning with coffee mixture, alternate coffee mixture and crumbs in parfait glasses. Chill. Top with whipped cream. Serves 4.
