Quick Creme Brulee With Pears Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lg. can pear halves, drained2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. brown sugar, tightly packed
Cooking Directions:
1. Place pears in a shallow baking dish.2. Spread with sour cream and sprinkle with brown sugar.
3. Put under a broiler about 3" from the heat until sugar caramelizes. Serve hot. Serves 4 to 6.
