Uncle Dan's Lemon (burgundy) Herb Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c. lemon juice (or burgundy wine)1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. rosemary
2 tbsp. water
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
Cooking Directions:
Combine and shake; add more water or wine to cover meat a little more. Pour on meat and cover. Turn 3 to 4 times. Lemon good for chicken, wine good for beef.Other Recipes you might like:
