Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
36 vanilla wafers (about 2 1/2 heaping cupfuls)6 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. and 1 sm. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
Cooking Directions:
Crush wafers to fine crumbs and mix other ingredients until blended. Line springform pan (about 10 inch round) with the above mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes.1 lg. and 1 sm. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese3 eggs1/2 c. sugar1 tbsp. vanilla
Osterize until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 22 minutes. Remove from oven.
Mix:
1 pt. sour cream2 tbsp. vanilla1/3 c. sugar
