Dinah Shore Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs1/4 c. nuts (opt.)
1/2 c. melted butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sour cream
Cooking Directions:
Mix crust ingredients. Remove 3 tablespoons for topping. Press remaining on bottom and up sides of 9" spring form pan.Combine eggs, cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream.
Pour into crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Chill 4 to 5 hours before serving. Top with Thank You cherry pie filling.
