Mini Cheesecakes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafer cookies (Sunshine)
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Place cookies in bottom of cup cake tins. (Can be purchased at Woolworth's as midget foil cups.) Fill to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Top with cherry or other flavor pie filling as desired. Can be frozen. Makes 24.Other Recipes you might like:
