Mini Cheesecakes Recipe
Ingredients:
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese1 tbsp. lemon juice
24 Vanilla Wafer cookies
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Thank You Brand Pie Filling (any flavor, strawberry, blueberry)
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except wafers) together. Place 1 wafer in bottom of paper lined cupcake tin. Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees. (They will puff up and fall a little when cooled.) Cool and top with pie filling. Makes 24.Other Recipes you might like:
