Quick Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pkg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. reconstituted lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 egg white beaten

Cooking Directions:

Mix all ingredients, let set. Serve with strawberries.
