Curry Mold Recipe
Ingredients:
2 hard-boiled eggs, mashed or grated1 env. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. hot water
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry
Cooking Directions:
1. Soften Knox gelatin in 1/4 c. cold water. 2. Melt chicken bouillon cube in 1/2 cup hot water. 3. Combine the above with the eggs. 4. Add mayonnaise and curry. 5. Put in a small mold and chill.Other Recipes you might like:
