Crab Meat Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (#2) can artichoke hearts1 lb. crab meat
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
4 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. medium dry sherry
Paprika, cayenne pepper, pepper to taste
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Directions:
Place artichokes in bottom of baking dish. Spread a layer of crab meat. Add a layer of sauteed mushrooms. Melt butter in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients except cheese, stirring well after each addition to form a smooth sauce. Pour sauce over artichokes and crab meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
