1. Easy Sausage Bake
6 or 8 sweet Italian sausages, 4 lg. potatoes, 2 lg. green peppers, 1 lg. onion, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. oregano, basil and garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper
2. Veggie Bake
1 c. shredded carrots, 1/2 c. shredded rutabaga, 1/4 c. shredded sweet potatoes, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. cooked rice, 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 1/4 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper, 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
