Sausage Sweet Potato Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. mild pork sausage2 med. sweet potatoes
3 med. apples
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
Cooking Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Peel and slice sweet potatoes and apples and place in casserole along with browned sausage. Combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly with meat mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.Other Recipes you might like:
