Chicken Marsala For Two Recipe
Ingredients:
1 boneless breast, dividedSeasoned flour
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
3/4 c. Marsala
3/4 c. mushrooms
Cooking Directions:
Pound breasts to 1/4 inch thick. Dredge with flour. Saute in oil and butter and chopped garlic until brown. Add marsala and mushrooms. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Remove chicken. Reduce sauce on medium heat. Add parsley. Return chicken to pan.Other Recipes you might like:
