Chicken Marsala Recipe

Ingredients:

8 halves deboned chicken breasts
3 eggs, beat
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. Marsala wine
1 c. Muenster cheese, sliced
1 can mushrooms, drained

Cooking Directions:

Put chicken in eggs and leave overnight in refrigerator. Take 1 cup chicken broth and 1/4 cup Marsala wine, mix together and refrigerate overnight. Next day bread chicken in seasoned bread crumbs. Brown on top of stove. Put chicken in 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice Muenster cheese and put slice on each breast. Drain 1 can of mushrooms and put over chicken, then pour wine and chicken broth over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour covered and 1/2 uncovered.
