Chicken Noel Recipe
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, split & boned1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. marsala wine or cooking sherry
Seasoning salt
Cooking Directions:
Sprinkle chicken breasts with seasoning salt. Mix together the soup, sour cream, mushrooms and wine. Pour mixed ingredients over the chicken that you have put in a shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 1/4 hours. Serve over plain white rice. Excellent.Other Recipes you might like:
