Broccoli Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 large onion, chopped
6 oz. jar or 1 c. cottage cheese
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Cooking Directions:
Melt 1 stick butter in 9x13 pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 400 degree oven, about 30 minutes or until brown.Other Recipes you might like:
