Corn Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn1 can creamed style corn
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream or nonfat yogurt
Cooking Directions:
Melt the stick of butter in the casserole dish. Empty all of the ingredients in the casserole dish and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Other Recipes you might like:
