Corn Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven at 325 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix first 5 ingredients with electric mixer until fluffy. Fold in corn. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
