Cornbread Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 sm. can whole kernel corn
1 sm. can creamed corn
1 stick butter
1 egg
Cooking Directions:
Melt stick of butter in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown and firm.Other Recipes you might like:
