Cornbread Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix1 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
10 oz. cottage cheese
10 oz. frozen (but thawed) chopped broccoli
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
Chopped jalapeno peppers to taste (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a greased 9"x13" pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares. Great hot or cold.Other Recipes you might like:
