Escarole Sausage Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. oil1 can Progresso Cannelloni beans
Garlic
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 to 3 lbs. Escarole
Cooking Directions:
Soak escarole and clean. Cut sausage and brown with garlic. Add wet escarole and one cup of water. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes; add beans and cook until heated through.Other Recipes you might like:
