Lamb Shanks Recipe
Ingredients:
FlourGarlic salt
Pepper
4 lamb shanks
Oil
2/3 c. barbecue sauce
1/3 c. water
1/2 jar mint jelly
Cooking Directions:
Combine flour, garlic, salt and pepper. Dust shanks and brown in oil. Combine sauce, water and jelly and bring to boil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, turning occasionally. Cover shanks with sauce.Other Recipes you might like:
