Beef Pot Crock Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lb. round steak (or any beef stew meat may be used)Garlic salt, salt, pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced
3-4 potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 can cut green beans, undrained
1 sm. can V-8 juice (6 oz.), hot type
1 jar Heinz Mushroom Gravy
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Cooking Directions:
Season beef with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Cut into serving pieces. Put into crock pot with sliced onion, separated into rings. Add potatoes and green beans. Top with gravy, tomato sauce and tomato juice. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Remove cover and thicken gravy, if necessary. Yield: 8.Other Recipes you might like:
