4. Beef Jerky
2 lb. London Broil or flank steak, Soy sauce, Lemon pepper

5. Thai Beef Salad
2 steaks broiled med. rare (sirloin approximately 1 lb.), Lettuce, Cucumbers, very thinly sliced, Tomatoes, sm. wedges, 1/4 onion, sm. slices, Chilis, Thai or any sm. hot chilies (optional), 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. fish sauce (can substitute with soy sauce), 1 tsp. lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed

3 lbs. flank steak or London broil, 1/2 c. light soy sauce, 4 1/2 tbsp. honey, 4 lg. garlic cloves, minced, 1 1/2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger, 1 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 1/2 tbsp. crushed red pepper, Dash of freshly ground white pepper

7. Chinese Beef With Broccoli
2 c. cooked steak or London Broil, 1 lg. can mushrooms, pieces & stems, 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, Soy sauce, 2 pkgs. brown gravy mix

8. Chinese Beef
2 lb. flank steak or London broil, 2 tomatoes (cut in chunks), 2 green peppers (cut in chunks), 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 clove garlic, Dash of pepper, 1/4 tsp. ginger, 1/4 c soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1 can bean sprouts, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. water, (I also add pea pods)

9. Chinese Beef
2 lb. flank steak (or London Broil), 2 tomatoes, 2 green peppers, 2 tbsp. olive or salad oil, 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp. salt, Dash pepper, 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. water

10. Southwestern Beef And Sauteed Vegetables
1 lb. beef round steak, well trimmed, 1 c. beef broth, 1/2 onion, finely chopped, 2 tbsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. red wine vinegar, 1/8 tsp. ground cloves, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 tsp. vegetable oil (optional), 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard, 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1 red, green, or yellow bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 red onion, sliced, 1 c. green or yellow wax beans, 1/2 c. okra, sliced, 1 ear corn, cut or 1 c. frozen corn, thawed, 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered, 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
