2 lbs. ground beef or round
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 med. onion, finely chopped
Pinch of Italian seasoning
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs or until desired consistency
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/4 lb. Virginia ham, finely sliced
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese or Monterey Jack, thinly sliced

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Meat mixture should be formable. Place large strip of aluminum foil on counter. Spread meat mixture on foil and shape into long rectangle about 3/4 inch thick. Arrange cheese slices on meat mixture, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with broccoli and ham. Lift one edge of foil and roll meat mixture in shape of jelly roll. Place in oven-proof baking dish. Top with bacon lengthwise and dash of ketchup. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 90 minutes.
