1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts, 1 lg. can chicken broth, 1 lg. onion, chopped, 1 bunch broccoli, 1 head cauliflower, 4 carrots, sliced thin on angle to form pieces, 1 celery heart sliced in pieces (1/2 inch pieces), Pea pods, mushrooms or any other vegetables you like, Soy sauce to taste, 2 to 3 tbsp. cornstarch, Salt and pepper to taste
