8 oz. boneless pork, cubed, 1 c. thinly sliced carrots, 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, 1 c. cauliflower pieces, 1 c. chopped tomato (with juice), 1 c. slices of sm. zucchini, 1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerettes, 1/2 c. onions, 1/4 c. frozen peas, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. minced garlic, 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1 3/4 c. chicken bouillon, 1/4 c. white wine or water, 1 tsp. basil, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, Dash each of turmeric & cayenne pepper, 2 tsp. oil, 2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese, 4 oz. vermicelli, cooked & drained

1 1/2 lbs. lean pork, cubed, 3 tbsp. seasoned flour, 2 fl. oz. oil, 1 lg. onion, sliced, 4 slices bacon, chopped, 14 oz. can baked beans, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 pt. chicken stock

3/4 lb. pork cutlet or boneless pork chop, 1 1/2 c. chicken stock, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. peanut oil, 1 sm. bok choy, 1 can bamboo shots, 2-3 scallions, 1 tbsp. catsup, 2 tbsp. oyster sauce, 2 tbsp. water, 1 tbsp. peanut oil

6 pork chops, 1/4 c. flour, Salt and pepper, 3/4 c. sour cream, 1 tbsp. dill seed, 3 tbsp. butter, Bread crumbs, 3 tbsp. milk, 1 can chicken broth, 1 egg

1 c. sliced round steak, chicken or pork, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. saka or sour wine, 1/4 c. green onions, 2 tsp. corn starch, 6 tbsp. oil, 6 c. sliced broccoli, 2 tsp. sugar, 3/4 c. water, 1/2 tbsp. fresh chopped or dried ginger root soaked in 1 1/2 tbsp. water
