Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can scallops or choplets, sliced3 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. stock (2 pkgs. George Washington beef flavored broth dissolved in water)
1 can mushrooms
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Cooking Directions:
Mix flour, salt and parsley. Add sliced choplets and coat. Heat oil. Add onions and choplets. Heat well, add mushrooms and remaining flour. Cook until slightly thickened and bubbly. Add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.Other Recipes you might like:
