Chinese Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pork chops1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Cooking Directions:
Saute pork chops until brown on both sides. Blend sugar and cornstarch; add rest of the ingredients and simmer a few minutes. Pour over chops; cover and simmer until tender, 30-45 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
