Bar-b-q Corned Beef Recipe
Ingredients:
6-8 lb. corned beef brisket1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
Bar-b-q sauce
Cooking Directions:
Fashion dish out of tin foil. Place brisket in foil. Mix dry ingredients and rub all sides of meat. Pour liquid smoke over meat and completely encase brisket with tin foil, seal. Place in crock pot on Hi and cook overnight. When done, pull apart brisket into strings and add as much Bar-B-Q sauce to the juice in the crock pot as you want.
