1 lb. lamb stew meat, cooked, 1 green pepper, 1 onion, 5 c. hot cooked rice, 1 can Chinese vegetables, 1 can water chestnuts, sliced, 2 bouillon cubes, Cornstarch, 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

1 1/2 c. dried chick peas, 1 1/2 bouquet garni, 2 lb. boneless shoulder of lamb, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1/4 c. butter, 3 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. ground cumin, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, Sprig of rosemary, 1 bay leaf, 16 oz. can tomatoes, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, Salt and pepper

1 1/4 lbs. boneless lamb leg or shoulder, cut into 3/4 inch pieces, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 12 pearl onions, 1 can (15 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained, 1 c. burgundy wine, 2 sm. potatoes, halved and cut into 1/4 inch slices, 2 carrots, cut into 1/4 inch slices, 1 celery stalk, cut into 1/4 inch slices, 2 bay leaves, 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, Salt and pepper to taste, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. water

4 tbsp. flour, 3 to 4 tbsp. Madras curry, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper, 3 tbsp. oil, 1 1/2 lb. stewing lamb, cubed, 1 lg. Spanish onion, sliced, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 c. white wine, 1/2 c. raisins, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tart apples, sliced
