Pineapple Empanadas Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened3 sticks butter, softened
3 c. flour
1 jar pineapple preserves
3/4 c. sugar
Cooking Directions:
Combine cheese, butter and flour into dough. Roll out thin and cut out circles - 3 inches in diameter. Fill each circle with one teaspoon preserves. Fold in half and seal edges well with a fork. Glaze top of the crust with small amount of preserve and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees.Other Recipes you might like:
