Flan (mexican Custard) Recipes


1. Classic Mexican Flan
1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 c. milk, 3 lg. eggs, Yolks of 3 lg. eggs, 1/2 tsp. almond extract, 1 tsp. vanilla extract

2. Flan (mexican Custard)
1 can evaporated milk, 1 can condensed milk, 1 tbsp. vanilla, 4 eggs, at room temperature, 1/4 c. sugar

3. Flan (mexican Custard)
8 eggs, 2/3 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 cans (12 oz.) evaporated milk, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. brown sugar
