Corn - Tamale Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can cream style corn1 can whole kernel corn, drained
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lg. can tamales
Grated cheese
Cooking Directions:
Mix corn and eggs. Put in casserole dish and bake about 25 minutes at 350 degrees until corn is set. Cut tamales in bite-size pieces and put on top of corn. Add grated cheese on top of tamales. Cook another 10 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
