Bar-b-que Beefies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. catsup1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 bay leaf
Cooking Directions:
Simmer for a few minutes and pour over loaves. Remove bay leaf after baking.Mix: 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sage 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 1 c. milk 1/4 tsp. celery salt 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. bread crumbs
Mix well together. Form into mini-meat loaves. Arrange in a 9x13 inch pan. Slice one onion and arrange 1/2 slice on top of each loaf. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Good hot or cold.
