Barbecue Country Pork Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c. brown sugar1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. ketchup
Cooking Directions:
Add:1/4 c. vinegar1 c. ketchup
Trim fat from serving size pieces of pork. Salt and pepper. Place on broiler pan and broil 15 to 20 minutes each side to remove excess fat and brown.
Place 1 sliced onion in crock pot, browned meat and sauce over all. Cook high 4 to 5 hours, or low for 8 to 10 hours.
Recipe done in oven. Skip onion. Place meat on broiler pan so fat will drain away. Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Last 3/4 hour baste with sauce.
