Barbeque Chicken Marinade Recipes


1. Chicken Barbeque Sauce (marinade)
1 c. cider vinegar, 1 egg, 2 tsp. sugar, 4 cloves garlic, crushed or minced, 1 med. onion, minced, 1/4 tsp. each: poultry seasoning, paprika, celery salt, white pepper, dry mustard, 3/4 can beer, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. marjoram

2. Barbequed Chicken
1 (3 lb.) fryer, quartered, 1 lg. garlic clove, crushed, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper, 1 tbsp. oil, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 c. cider vinegar, 2 1/4 c. water, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 stick butter, 1/3 c. yellow mustard, 2 onions, coarsely chopped, 1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper, 1/2 c. Worcestershire, 2 1/2 c. catsup, 6-8 tbsp. lemon juice, Cayenne pepper to taste

3. Barbeque Chicken Marinade
1-2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/4 c. oil, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. onion or 1/2 chopped onion, 1 tsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. curry powder
