Barbecue Beef Short Ribs And Corn On The Cob Recipe
Ingredients:
2-2 1/2 lbs. beef short ribs8 mini ears of corn on the cob (frozen)
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Cooking Directions:
Arrange ribs in each end of baking dish (12 x 8 inch) and place corn in center of dish. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 30-40 minutes on High.Other Recipes you might like:
